    Ghostek

    Square Harmony’s latest release is from co-owner and the Russian producer Ghostek, who became known for his dark, moody UK Garage influenced tunes with releases on Other Heights, Shipwrec and Loveless Records. Ghostek is a man of few words, however he does chose to express himself via his msuical outlets and is always giving the listener something to think about. All of Ghostek’s music takes you on a deep musical journey into the depths of his atmospheric mind.

    This shows brilliantly on his debut long player which you can grab from this date – 15/12/13 via our online store.

    As his more recent tunes have taken on a Techno inspired edge, Square Harmony are issuing “Random Memories” as a retrospective look at the sound that gained Ghostek a worldwide following.

    The release comprises thirteen tunes, from as far back as 2010, and is a chance for fans to finally get their hands on sought-after pieces such as “Sleep Lines” and “Velvet” amongst other, as yet unheard pieces.

    Random Memories” is a showcase of Ghostek’s ability to merge several musical styles into a raw, atmospheric and cohesive listening experience. He takes the best of the likes of Burial, Pole and Aphex Twin to create an essential album for the autumn/winter period.

    Venture is a versatile, 22-year old producer from Birmingham, UK with a strong background in creating dream-like, atmospheric pieces at a range of tempos.

    With influences such as ASC and Instra:Mental and previous releases on labels such as Broken Bubble, Night Tracks, Reflect Audio and a slew of free downloads, this has seen him gain a steady worldwide fanbase. Expect to hear more releases from this young talented producer in the coming months.

    Ghostlight

    Ghostlight is a collaboration project between – Ghostek & Rooflight. Both artists are enormously successful and when they get together they produce high quality genre bending music. Collaborating
    together for 2 years already, the pair are starting to make a considerable impact in the bass music scene. Each artist is located on a different continent and in this case it’s Russia and the U.K.

    Having such different influences and surroundings gives the duo a unique approach when it comes to making music together, it’s also hard to categorise the project into one particular genre with influences ranging from Techno to Dubstep and Atmospheric Electronica. Ghostlight step up and for the first ever release on the newly refurbished Square Harmony imprint, which comprises 2 tracks with an additional track being a Sun Glitters remix, thrown in for good measure

    Expect many more tracks from the duo in the coming months, having already notched up a recent string of releases on various electronic labels, this is one solid part- nership and one that is just beginning to come into fruition.
